3、ivities.•Cadresofqualifiedandhighlyskilledofficersperformthismission.CSOGoal&VisionGoalToconductourselvesinamannerastobringcreditupontheCourtSecurityOfficerandSpecialSecurityOfficerprogramandtheUnitedStatesMarshalServiceatalltimes・VisionTobealerttoallsituationsa
4、ndeventsthattakeplaceandtakenecessarymeasurestopreventdangeroussituationsfromhappening.ARTICLE1GENERALPROVISIONSSECTION1.1BARGAININGUNITA.ThisagreementisenteredbetweenAkaiSecurity,Inc.,UnitedGovernmentSecurityOfficersofAmerica(UGSOA),andUGSOALocal#85(hereinafter
5、referredtoastheUnion).TheCompanyrecognizestheUnionasthesoleandexclusivebargainingrepresentativeforthepurposeofcollectivebargainingasdefinedintheNationalLaborRelationsAct.Theunitisdefinedasallfull-timeandsharedpositionFederalCourtSecurityOfficers(CSOs),FederalSpe
6、cialSecurityOfficers(SSOs),LeadFederalCourtSecurityOfficers(LCSOs)andLeadFederalSpecialSecurityOfficers(LSSOs)employedbytheCompanyinthe5thCircuitconsistingofUGSOALocal#85,inthestateofTexas,excludingallotheremployeesincludingofficeclericalemployeesandprofessional
7、employeesasdefinedintheNationalLaborRelationsAct.C.Thisagreementshallbebindinguponbothparties,theirsuccessorsandassigns.Intheeventofasaleortransferofthebusinessoftheemployer,oranypartthereof,thepurchaserortransfereeshallbeboundbythisagreemen匚SECTION1.2NEGOTIATIN
