2、cofChina.61.EmploymentPositionandTerminationBothpartiesagreethatPartyBisemployedbyPartyAasanEnglishforeignteacherforhimorhertoperformthefollowingduties:1.1PartyBshallbeemployedasanEnglishTeacher.ProvideEnglisheducationinthekindergarten.PartyBshallperformsuchdut

3、iesasareassignedtohimorherfromtimetotime(orallyorinwriting)bythemanagement,andshallmakeandmaintainsuchreportsasthemanagementmayrequire.PartyBshalldiligentlyreporttothemanagementanyandallinformationrelevanttohisorheremployment.1.2PartyBwillusetheteachingmaterial

4、sprovidedbyPartyAandwilldevelopanappropriateteachingplan.TheForeignTeachershouldapplythisteachingplantoensurethedeliveryofhigh-qualitylessons.MakesurethatthechildrenobtainthehighesteducationstandardaccordingtothecurriculumestablishedbyPartyAandgiventoPartyB.1.3
