3、ingrental,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinaCityrealestatemanagementlaw/z,the"Wuhanpropertymanagementregulations^andtheMinistryofConstructionissuedthe"cityhousingrentaimanagementapproach'7andotherregulations,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach・Thismet

4、hodappliestoleasingandmanagementofsecondintheurbanareasofthecityandtownhousing.Thirdhousingownershipwillberentalhousingtoothersliving,engagedinbusinessactivities,ortothehousingtocooperatewithotherstoengageinbusinessactivitiesandthelesseebylessorsagreedinaccordanc

5、ewiththeprovisionsofthelease,sublease,shallabidebythesemeasures・Thetemporaryconstructionapprovedbytheplanningdepartmentshallbeapplicablewithintheperiodofvalidityoftheapprova1.Theleaseofthefourthhousesshallfollowtheprincipleofvoluntariness,equality,mutualbenefitand

7、y)isresponsibleforhousingrentalregistrationwork・Sixthhousesunderanyofthefollowingcircumstancesshallnotbeleased:(1)theownershipofthehouseisdisputedorthereisnolegalownershipofthedocument;(two)itiscertifiedthatitisnotsafetoliveoruse;(three)withouttheconsentoftheowner

8、ofthehouseorthejointownershipofthehouse,theconsentofthecoownerhasnotbeenobtained;(four)ithasbeenmortgagedasanasset,withouttheconsentofthemortgagor;(five
