2、ationofleaseofurbanhousinginWuhanUpondeliberationandapprovalbytheMunicipalPeople'sgovernmentatitsexecutivemeeting,itisherebypromulgatedandimplemented.Article1inordertomaintainthecityhousingrentalmarketorderandsafeguardthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofthecityhousingr

3、ental,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinaCityrealestatemanagementlaw",the"Wuhanpropertymanagementregulations"andtheMinistryofConstructionissuedthe"cityhousingrentalmanagementapproach"andotherregulations,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisapproach.Thismethodappli

4、estoleasingandmanagementofsecondintheurbanareasofthecityandtownhousing.Thirdhousingownershipwillberentalhousingtoothersliving,engagedinbusinessactivities,ortothehousingtocooperatewithotherstoengageinbusinessactivitiesandthelesseebylessorsagreedinaccordancewiththepro

5、visionsofthelease,sublease,shallabidebythesemeasures.Thetemporaryconstructionapprovedbytheplanningdepartmentshallbeapplicablewithintheperiodofvalidityoftheapproval.Theleaseofthefourthhousesshallfollowtheprincipleofvoluntariness,equality,mutualbenefitandlegality.Thef

6、ifthcityandCountyRealEstateManagementBureauAuthorityinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheMunicipalPeople'sgovernmentresponsibility,responsibleforthecitymanagementofrentalhousing,therentalhousingmanagementagencies(hereinafterreferredtoastheHousingAuthority)isresponsible

7、forhousingrentalregistrationwork.Sixthhousesunderanyofthefollowingcircumstancesshallnotbeleased:(1)theownershipofthehouseisdisputedorthereisnolegalownershipofthedocument;(two)itiscertifiedthatitisnotsafetoliveoruse;(three)withouttheconsentoftheownerofthehouseorthejo

8、intownershipofthehouse,theconsentofthecoownerhasnotbeenobtained;(four)ithasbeenmortgagedasanasset,withouttheconsentofthemortgagor;(five)th
