1、摘 要汽车上的电源和各种电气零件通过线束来实现电路物理连接,线束分布遍布全车。如果把发动机比作汽车心脏的话,那么线束就是汽车的神经网络系统它负责整车各个电器零件之间的信息传递工作,可见汽车线束对于汽车线路的重要性。随着人们对舒适性、经济性、安全性要求的不断提高,汽车上的电子产品种类也在不断增加,汽车线束越来越复杂,这就要求电线束的设计必须具有优质的数据传输性能,很高的可靠性,同时要求节省空间,减少汽车自身的重量,要同时达到这些要求这就对汽车线是来一个很大的挑战,因此汽车线束设计的综合性能便成为重中之重。笔者根据几年以来从事汽车线束设计工作的经验,结
2、合线束开发在汽车研发项目中的进度,谈谈汽车线束设计的一般流程和设计原则。本文主要从整车厂线束开发的角度介绍汽车线束的设计流程,介绍线束设计的主要节点步骤以及需要注意的重点问题;主要的设计流程包括:整车电器原理设计、汽车线束三维布置、二维线束图纸设计、线束的检验等环节主要的工作内容。关键词:整车线束,线束设计,线束绘制,线束装配AbstractThepowersupplyandelectricalpartsofthevehiclecanrealizethephysicalconnectionthroughwireharness,andthewireh
