1、医学论文-三拗芎葶合剂对低氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血浆C型利钠肽和心钠肽的影响 作者:杨仁旭,常生杰,卢小龙【摘要】 目的研究中药复方制剂三拗芎葶合剂对低氧性肺动脉高压大鼠血浆C型利钠肽(CNP)和心钠肽(ANP)的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法利用常压缺氧的方法复制低氧性肺动脉高压大鼠模型。雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为5组:空白对照组、模型组、三拗芎葶合剂中剂量组、三拗芎葶合剂高剂量组及卡托普利组,每组10只。测定各组平均肺动脉压(mPAP),右室肥厚指数(R
2、VHI),放免法测定血浆CNP和ANP水平。结果三拗芎葶合剂及卡托普利均能明显降低模型大鼠的mPAP、RV/LV+S;三拗芎葶合剂各剂量组与卡托普利组疗效相当;三拗芎葶合剂及卡托普利均能部分逆转模型大鼠的肺血管重构,降低血浆CNP/ANP水平。但治疗组的上述各指标仍未完全恢复到空白对照组水平。结论三拗芎葶合剂能有效降低肺心病模型大鼠的肺动脉高压,部分逆转肺血管结构重建,改善右心功能,可显著降低大鼠血浆C型利钠肽和心钠肽水平。【关键词】 三拗芎葶合剂;低氧性肺动脉高压;C型利钠肽;心钠肽 [Abstrac
