1、.....临床医学专业实习状况的调查与分析刘成玉1李云芳2王元松3杨美玲1王岩青2刘兆刚3叶志宏1（青岛大学医学院，山东青岛2660211教学科研办公室，2附属医院科教部，3临床技能学实验室）[摘要]目的调查与分析我院临床医学专业实习状况，为进一步加强临床教学管理和提高临床教学质量提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方法，对我院2005级236名临床医学专业实习医生临床实习态度、医学人文素质教育、实习教学管理和临床技能培训与考核等进行了调查与分析。结果①99.6%的学生认为加强医学人文素质教育对临床实习有重要作用。②92.

2、8%的学生实习结束后掌握了相应的临床基本能力，且28.8%的学生具备对常见病和多发病的独立处理能力，83.1%的学生对临床教学管理是满意的，影响临床实习质量的因素依次是考研（52.5%）、教师水平（47.9%）、学校和医院的管理制度（39.0%）、医患关系（16.5%）。③99.6%的学生认为有必要在临床实习阶段加强临床技能培训与考核工作，88.1%的学生对我院临床技能培训与考核是满意的，仍有30%以上的实习医生认为必须强化辅助检查结果判读、临床基本操作和病例分析的培训与考核。结论加强医学人文素质教育、强化临床实习
