1、做官与修德乡镇党委书记读书体会篇一：干部读书心得读书心得读书是陶冶情操的好方法。我积极响应区机关工委“区级机关读书月”活动，作为党员干部，我选了《干部素养读本》这本书，利用工作之余对该书进行了通读，重点对第二章进行了精读。该书分十章，从政治理论素养、人品道德修养、知识文化素养、身体心理素质、礼仪文明素养、依法行政能力、战略决策能力、组织协调能力、应急管理能力和媒体沟通能力方面通过事例进行阐述和点评，这些方面的内容概括起来说不外乎三个方面，即做官、做事、做人。第二章是人品道德修养，我认为作为领导干部当然要具备相应的政治素养、知识文化、依法行政、组织协调、应急管理等一些能力，但我

2、认为关键的是人品道德。道德问题是做人为官的首要的基本问题。古人云：“百行以德为首”，说的就是这个道理。“道德是做人的根本。根本一坏，纵使你有一些学问和本领，也无甚用处。”也就是说，人品道德修养是根本性的，它不仅影响着领导干部能力和水平的高低，更决定着其事业发展的方向和成败。因此，做官必须先做人，做人必须先立德；德乃为官之本，为官须先修德。孔子说过：organizationsystemandworkingmode,theselectionofanumberofmunicipalstrengtheninggrouptobuildinnovationandstrengthenthe
