1、本科毕业设计（20届）新课标下高中体育教师素质调研YinzhouDistrictHighSchoolNewCurriculumResearchphysicaleducationteachers摘要【摘要】随着新一轮的课程改革，新课标要求教师必须具备较高的思想政治素质、道德素质、体育专业素质、身心素质。本研究运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、分析归纳法等科研方法对新课程背景下的高中体育教师的基本情况、知识结构情况、能力结构情况的现状进行了研究。研究结果表明高中体育教师的年龄、性别、学历等结构比较合理，是一
2、支既有经验又有活力的队伍，并且具备比较完整的知识结构。在专业技能方面，部分教师对体操及小球类的掌握不够扎实。在教学技能的掌握方面总体较好，但现代教育技术也是部分体育教师的薄弱环节。相比较其它方面高中体育教师在教育科研能力方面相对比较薄弱，对教科研缺乏高层次的追求，在质上和量上均需要进一步提高。【关键词】高中体育教师；专业素质；发展现状；新课标YinzhouDistrictHighSchoolNewCurriculumResearchphysicaleducationteachersAbstract
