1、设计(论文)题目:减速器箱体、转向节机械加工工艺与夹具设计填表时间:年月摘要本设计是减速器箱体与转向节的机械加工工艺设计,以及对转向节的某个工序的夹具设计。减速器箱体零件主要加工表面是平面和孔系。一般来说,保证平面的加工精度要容易。因此,在设计过程中遵循先面后孔的原则,并将孔与平面的加工明确划分粗加工和精加工阶段,以保证孔系的加工精度。减速器箱体加工的基准选择以零件的输入和输出轴的支承孔作为粗基准,以上表面作为精基准。转向节的机械加工,主要表面是轴颈的外圆与叉部主销孔。加工轴颈时,以轴颈的中心线作为定位基准,加工主销孔时,以轴颈的中心线和
2、主销孔的轴心线的交点作为定位基准。夹具设计是设计工序铣叉部两耳内侧表面,表面与主销孔有较高的位置精度要求,因此,以主销孔做为该工序的定位基面,采用定位元件为两个销,一个固定销与一个活动销限制4个自由度。为了保证加工的稳定性和加工的精度要求,在轴颈处加一V形块做为定位元件。使工件达到完全定位,有足够的稳定性。工件在加工过程中受力不是很大,采用普通压板夹紧即可,这样使的夹具的设计更为的简单和更经济。关键词:工艺夹具定位元件abstractThisdesignisreducerwithsteeringknuckleofthebody,andma
