1、师德师风个人对照检查材料 周密从教以来，在各级领导的关心和同事们的支持帮助下，在教学技能、教学观念等各方面都有所提高，能较好地完成本职工作。通过我校这次师德师风的学习教育，我对师德师风教育的重要意义有较明确的认识，对小学教师职业道德规范内容也更熟悉了。对照《教师法》和《中小学教师职业道德规范》的要求，结合自己3年来的教育工作生涯，经跟大家一起学习讨论和评议，自我剖析如下：一、我在职业道德规范和树立良好师德师风方面存在的问题： 1、在依法执教方面，尽管我能够贯彻国家教育方针，能够自觉遵守教育法律法规，没有违背
2、党和国家方针、政策的言行，但学习和宣传教育政策不够深入，有时候还存在消极的教育言论、行动等问题。依法治教就是要求教师从严格守法的高度，在全部职业行为中始终坚持正确的方向，这是教师职业道德的首要准则，我有时候放松了或不注意这个准则。 2、在爱岗敬业方面，我基本上能够做到热爱教育、热爱学校，教书育人，注意培养学生具有良好的思想品德，传播有益学生身心健康思想。爱是教师职业的基础，爱岗敬业是教师处理与教育事业之间关系的准则，是全部教师职业道德的基础前提。但有时候我对待工作还不够尽职尽责；在备课、上课、批改作业等方面，
