2、araterequestforthesubsidiarymaybeprovided.Branches,departments,officesandotherentitiesoftheCompanywithoutanindependentlegalpersonstatusareincludedintheRequest.Documentsaskedforimpliescopiesofsuchdocuments,unlessotherwisespecified.Foreachitembelow,itshouldbeassumedthatalldocumentsth
3、atsatisfythecriteriastatedarerequested,eventhough“all”maynotbeexplicitlystated.Foreachitembelow,ifallrelevantdocumentshavebeenprovided,pleasechecktheboxtotherighttoindicatethattheitemofrequesthasbeensatisfied.Ifinformationormaterialsaskedforis:(i)notapplicabletotheCompany,(ii)appli
