2、二极管构成的点阵模块或像素单元组成大面积显示屏幕，以环境适应能力强、性能价格比高、使用成本低等特点，在短短的十来年中，迅速成为平板显示领域的主流产品，也是目前国际上比较先进的显示媒体之一。本文叙述了单片机AT89S52在32×16点阵智能汉字显示屏的应用（主要的功能、硬件的组成和软件的设计）。该系统的功能是通过对单片机的编程控制其P1口和P3口进行串行输出，然后通过正向驱动器将输出的信号进行放大，再利用二极管的单向导电性使其导通（亮）或者是截止（灭）。整个系统结构紧凑、简单可靠、操作灵活、可扩展性强、功能强、性能价格比高，较好地满足了现代生活，生产和科研的需要。关键词:LED显
