2、，信息技术在真正的诊断、手术中的应用还很少。未来我国医疗信息化的重点将不再是医院管理信息化而是临床管理的信息化[1]。本文使用B/S结构，利用三大框架Sprin、Struts和Hibernate并基于JSP技术按照MVC模式设计并实现了医院信息管理系统中的住院电子病历模块。本论文首先是对电子病历产生的背景、使用意义、现状及趋势进行分析阐述；然后，对系统实现所采用的关键技术进行解释分析；接着对电子病历进行了系统需求分析，包括各模块需要达到的要求，并简要描述了系统的概要设计和详细设计；最后详细介绍了系统各部分的具体实现，主要包括住院电子病历的管理和数据的相关操作。关键词：电子病
