1、.....中美消费税比较研究与启示上海大学东方贱人学习参考.....摘要时代的进步和社会的发展使得人们的生活水平不断地提高，但是经济的发展带来的不仅仅是繁荣昌盛，同时也带来了一些问题，比如环境污染、贫富差距等。改善消费税有助于这些问题的解决，所以随着经济的发展，消费税也不断在发展与完善。消费税已经成为世界各国的主要税种之一，它作为税收政策的不可缺少的组成部分，具有宏观调控的作用，能够促进社会公平和稳定发展。但是，消费税的各方面具体内容因国家而异。虽说我国的消费税已经进行过几次改革，但目前看来并不是太完善，仍然有些问题。相对而言，美国的消费税已经发展得比较成熟，因此可以借鉴美国消费税制的
2、相关方面，结合我国具体国情，来完善我国的消费税。第一部分介绍消费税的研究背景及意义；第二部分介绍中美消费税制的基本内容及发展现状；第三部分从几个方面对两国的消费税进行比较；第四部分通过比较的结果，分析差异的原因，以及由此而产生的启示；第五步部分针对国情，提出改善建议。关键词：消费税，中美，比较研究学习参考.....ABSTRACTNowadays,therapidofeconomics’developmentismoreandmorefast.People’slivingstandardscontinuetoimprove,However,theeconomicdevelopmentb
