2、eet,NY10027,USAABSTRACT:Theenergyconsumptionoftheconstructionindustryisamajorsourceofgreenhousegases,whiletheconstructionindustryisonethathavefasterpositiveeffectstosaveenergy.Tofulfillthegoalofenergy-savingandemissionreduction,China’sconstructionindust
3、ryhasfollow"lowcarbon"and"energyconservation".Constructionoflow-carbondevelopmentisinseparablefromstrongpolicysupportandlegalprotection.China’slow-carbonconstructionpolicyandlegalsystemarestillininfancyatpresent,fewspecializedlegislation,lowhierarchyofm
