2、统上的漏孔或间隙从高压侧流到低压侧的现象。虚漏,是相对实漏而言的一种物理现象。这种现象是由于材料放气、解吸、凝结气体的再蒸发、气体通过器壁的渗透及系统内死空间中气体的流出等原因引起真空系统中气体压力升高的现象。漏率,即单位时间内流过漏孔(包括间隙)的气体量。在漏孔入口压力为1.01×105Pa,出口压力低于1.33×103Pa,温度为296士3K的标准条件下,单位时间内流过漏孔的露点温度低于248K的空气的气体量。 漏率的单位是帕斯卡×立方米/秒,记为Pam3/s。为了方便,有时用帕斯卡×升/秒,记为PaL/s。最大容许漏率:于动态真空系统,只要其平衡压力能够达到所要求的真
