1、传统拳课程教学内容选择及教学方法探究摘要：研究认为传统拳课程目标中应该体现传承民族文化，宏杨民族精神，保留民族文化遗产的思想高度。目前教学大纲中在拳种选择、安排顺序、时数规定、具体内容等方面存在一些不足，需要从学科角度进一步完善。传统拳种课程内容选择包括不同拳种以及同拳种下不同流派的选择，不同拳种选择原则是按技法特点和人体结构特征分类选取，按拳种之间的内在逻辑性，构建拳种内容体系，基本分为五大类。同拳种下不同流派内容选择是一个整合的过程,横向,审视各家各派共性的内容，抽取最为基本的内容。纵向，深刻把握拳种技术核心，不断优化内容体系。目前传统拳课程教学方存在不
2、足。如：“划套路”式教学模式，没有突出传统拳的特点，学生难以在短时间里真正达到大纲要求。总结提炼传统拳课程教学模式，是由桩功入手，突出核心功法练习,强化单操，配合拆手练习，功套用一体的技术结构，同时要上升到民族精神培养与文化修养层次的文化要求，由此构成具有整体性的传统拳种课程模式。课程支持体系急待加强。关键词：传统拳;课程;教学内容;教学方法中图分类号:G807.04文献标识码：A文章编号：1007-3612(2010)01-0070-07AResearchontheContentOptionsandTeachingMethodofTraditionalBo
