1、泪道激光在慢性汨囊炎不同时期治疗的临床观察作者：孙群林，彭琦，何宇霞单位：中国江苏省南京市，中国人民解放军第454医院眼科【摘要】目的：观察比较伴有慢性汨囊炎、泪道阻塞的炎症期与稳定期应用汨道激光治疗的临床疗效。方法：随机选择230例230眼患有慢性汨囊炎泪道阻塞的患者，分为两组。I组90例患者冲出脓性分泌物后马上行泪道激光手术联合局部药物治疗，II组140例患者不仅冲出脓性分泌物，□加强抗感染，炎症稳定后再行泪道激光手术联合局部药物治疗，lwk后复查，观察两组疗效，追踪0.5a以上。结果：在I
2、组90眼中，痊愈48眼，有•效30眼，无效12眼,有效治愈率86.7%,无效率13.3%。在II组140眼中，痊愈85眼,有效46眼,无效9眼，有效治愈率93.6%,无效率为6.4%oχ2检验分析两组疗效比较有显著性差异。结论：泪道激光联合局部药物应川衣慢性泪囊炎泪道阻塞治疗中冇着良好的疗效，而在炎症控制后再行泪道激光手术比在炎症活动期行泪道激光手术疗效更好。【关键词】泪道激光;慢性泪囊炎;治疗Clinicalobservationoflaserassisteddacryocytopla
