1、针刺脑清穴对痉挛型脑瘫患儿尖足步态的临床效果观察张勇I刘振寰2(广州中医商大学研究生院，广东广州510006；2.广州中医药大学附属南海妇女儿童医院，广东佛山528200)摘要：目的：评价针刺脑清穴对•痉挛型脑瘫尖足步态的临床疗效；方法：将160例患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各80例，治疗组在针刺脑淸穴基础上，配合基础治疗(运动疗法、作业疗法、言语治疗及头针治疗)，对照纟R针刺解溪、阳陵泉、三阴交基础上，配合基础治疗。两纟R针灸治疗均隔日一次，10次为1疗程，疗程间间隔15天，连续治疗三个疗程。并于第1次针灸治疗后30min及治疗3个疗程后，釆用足
