1、人本管理在酒店管理中的应用以广州喜来登酒店为例摘要人木管理是重视人的生产经营活动,以人为核心、以人为根木的管理,是指组织屮的人,作为管理的首要因素,是一-切管理活动的主题或主导因素;同时作为管理的本质因素,更是组织管理的出发点和归宿:一方而,组织的一切管理活动围绕充分调动人的积极性、主动性和开发人的潜能而展开;另一方面,组织的一切管理活动,旨在满足人的需求,提高人的索质,实现个人目标,最终使个人和组织获得共同、全面的发展。在知识经济吋代,人才不仅是生产要素,更是企业宝贵的资源,是其产品和服务质量的决定因素。然而当今国内外酒店业都普遍存在一个严重的问题——劳
2、工短缺,特别是在中国酒丿占业市场,由于屮国人根深蒂固的思想和职业选择性增大的情况下,造成酒居企业人员选择性、流动性过大及流失性严重等现象。因此,酒店企业越来越多地应用人木管理的方式借此密切企业和员工的关系,冇效稳定员工的队伍,保证酒店服务质量,达到酒店与员工共同发展。关键词:人木管理酒店应用THEPRACTICEOFHUMANISTICMANAGEMENTINHOTELMANAGEMENT—BASEDONTHERESEARCHONGUANGZHOUCHATEAUSTARRIVERHOTELABSTRACTPeople-orientedmanagementi
