2、bjects,definingtortliability,preventingandsanctioningactsoftortandpromotingsocialharmonyandstability.Article2TortliabilityshallbeassumedinaccordancewiththisLawforanyinfringementofcivilrights.AsusedinthisLaw,“civilrightsandinterests^shallincludetheright
3、tolife,therighttohealth,therighttoname,therighttoreputation,therighttohonor,therighttoselfimage,therightofprivacy,maritalautonomy,guardianship,ownership,usufruct,securityinterest,copyright,patentright,theexclusiverighttouseatrademark,therighttodiscover
4、y,equities,rightofsuccession,andotherpersonalandpropertyrightsandinterests.Article3Thevictimofatortshallbeentitledtorequirethetortfeasortoassumethetortliability.Article4Whereatortfeasorshallassumeadministrativeliabilityorcriminalliabilityforthesamecond
5、uct,itshallnotprejudicethetortliabilitythatthetortfeasorshalllegallyassume.Wheretheassetsofatortfeasorarenotadequateforpaymentsforthetortliabilityandadministrativeliabilityorcriminalliabilityforthesameconduct,thetortfeasorshallfirstassumethetortliabili
6、ty.Article5Whereanyotherlawprovidesotherwiseforanytortliabilityinparticular,suchspecialprovisionsshallprevail.ChapterIIConstitutingLiabilityandMethodsofAssumingLiabilityArticle6Onewhoisatfaultforinfringementuponacivilrightorinterestofanotherpersonshall
7、besubjecttothetortliability.Onewhoisatfaultasconstruedaccordingtolegalprovisionsandcannotproveotherwiseshallbesubjecttothetortliability.Article7Onewhoshallassumethetortliabilityforinfringinguponacivilrightorinterestofanotherperson,whetheratfaultornot,a
8、sprovidedforbylaw,shallbesubjecttosuchlegalprovisions.Article8Wheretwoormorepersonsjointlycommitatort,causingharmtoanotherperson,theyshallbeliablejointlyandseverally.Article9Onewhoabetsorassistsanotherpersonincommittingatortshallbeliabl
