1、手术打少腹逐瘀汤治疗了宫腺肌病临床疗效对比研究【摘要】H的通过对比手术与中药少腹逐瘀汤对子宫腺肌病患者痛经缓解程度和治疗前示实验室指标的变化水平，评价两种治疗方式的临床疗效。方法60例了宫腺肌病忠者随机分为手术组和屮药组，每组30例，随访时间为3个月，评估两组患者治疗前后痛经程度及血液学指标的变化，评估两种疗法的疗效和优势。结果(1)手术组临床有效率(100%)显著高于中药组(80%)(P<0.05)；(2)两组患者治疗后NRS/PPT评分、CA125水平均较治疗前明显下降,手术组下降程度大于中药组(P<0.05)；(3)两组TXB2水平、T/K比值治疗后均较前
2、降低(P<0.05),治疗示屮药纟R明显低于手术组(P<0.05)o结论相对于屮药治疗，手术治疗治愈率明显增高，只能就著改善了宫腺肌病患者疼痛程度；而中药在改善微循环和活血化瘀方面疗效明显优于手术。两种疗法均能调节激素失衡状态。因此，临床上建议手术与中药少腹逐瘀汤联合的综合疗法将对了宫腺肌病取得更好的临床疗效。【关键词】子宫腺肌病；病灶切除术；少腹逐瘀汤；痛经ThecontraststudyofcurativeeffectofsurgeonandShaoFuZhuYusouptotreatadenomyosisLINLi-hong,GUOYu.AnYangTum
