1、奥扎格雷钠联合银杏达莫治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中疗效观察［摘耍］冃的观察奥扎格雷钠联合银杏达莫治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中疗效。方法选择150例发病在12〜48h,病悄•呈进行性加重的进展性缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为三组:银杏达莫治疗组，奥扎格雷钠治疗组，奥扎格雷钠联合银杏达莫治疗组；1个疗程后作疗效判定。结果1个疗程后奥扎格雷钠组总有效率82.0%,联合用药组总有效率90.0%,明显高丁•银杏达莫组,治疗前后血液流变学亦有显著的变化。结论奥扎格雷钠能有效的治疗进展性缺血性脑卒中，与银杏达莫联合使用具有协同作用。［关键词］奥扎格雷钠；银杏达莫；
