1、屮药雾化吸入治疗脑卒屮后并发坠积性肺炎的疗效观察张坏何君毅何宇桔(广东省广州市海珠区龙凤街社区卫生服务中心住院部内一科广州510250)摘要:目的:探讨中药雾化吸入治疗脑卒中后并发坠积性肺炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年7月-2016年2月我中心住院部收治的脑卒中后并发坠积性肺炎患者63例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组31例和治疗组32例,两组患者均接受抗生素和对症及原发病等常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组接受盐酸氨漠索雾化吸入治疗,治疗组患者接受二陈汤+三子养亲汤雾化吸入治疗,治疗结束后,比较两
2、组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为78.13%,对照组为83.87%,两组比较无明显差异,P>0.05;两组患者的胸片阴影检查结果和肺部罗音阴性率相比较无明显差异,P>0.05;治疗组患者的PaCCh和SaO2水平与对照组的相比较无明显差异,P>0.05o结论:屮药雾化吸入治疗脑卒中后并发坠积性肺炎与盐酸氨漠索雾化吸入的治疗效果相当,可有效缓解患者的病情,使气道维持在稳定的状态,这开拓了一种新的雾化吸入的治疗方法,为脑卒中后并发坠积性肺炎提供了一种新的治疗方法,值得临床推广。关键词:脑卒
