3、sforlocalindustrialupgradingandeconomicrestructuring.Focusingonpractice,thispaperstudiedthedevelopmentprogramofXiang-Ganlogisticsparkprojectwhichwascommissionedbythegovernment.Basedonthereviewofdevelopmentandresearchstatusofthedomesticandinternationall
4、ogisticspark,ithadbeenmadeadeepandthoroughinquiryaboutthedevelopmentprogramwhichcontainslocation,layoutandfunctionofXiang-GanLogisticsPark.Firstly,thepaperanalyzedthestrengths,weaknesses,opportunitiesandthreatsofXiang-GanlogisticsparkprojectusingSWOTan
5、alysis,sotherewasacomprehensiveinvestigationandvisitaboutsocialandeconomicdevelopment,policysupportenvironmentandlogisticsdevelopmentandcompetitionofChalingcountyandsurroundingareas・BasedonthisbackgroundandcombinedwithcargocalendardataofChaling,thepape
6、rpredictedthenext10years9logisticsdemandofChalingusingGM(1,1)Modelandclassifieditsdemandconditions.Secondly,combiningthelocalgovernmenfsoverallgoaloftheproject,thefirststepwastoevaluatetheprojectsite,andthenanalyzefunctionalorientation,functionalzoning
