3、变化，多渠道、多层次、多主体的办学格局得到了进一步的扩展。人洋彼岸的美国，有着厚重的历史积淀、悠久的宗教传统、坚实的经济基础和适宜的政治文化，所有这些为美国高校教育捐赠的兴起与繁荣打下了坚实的基础。中国在改革开放以后，政府为大学提供了一定的办学自主权，鼓励大学自筹经费，结束了大学完全靠政府拨款维持的历史。其屮教育捐赠作为筹资的一个重要资金来源受到广泛的关注并开始迅速地发展。本文对美国高等教育捐赠的捐赠文化、法律法规、募捐方法与手段、组织机构和基金的投资升值运作等方面进行深入地探讨与研究，以期能够给我国高校
