1、AbstractObjective:ToevaluatetheclinicalefficacyofthetreatmentwithrollingneedleorrollingneedlecombinedWithBeifujiAndcomparedwiththeblankgroupamong93patientssufferedfromthecrow'sfeet,Preliminarydiscussthemechanismoftheytreatwrinkles，andstudythemethodofminimallyinvasivetreatmentwr
2、inklesintraditionalChinesemedicine.Methods:Choosetheyoungcrowdcrow'sfeetseekingbeauty93caseswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupI(32cases),treatmentgroupII(30cases)andcontrolgroup(31cases).TreatmentgroupIusingrollingneedlecombinedWithBeifuji,treatmentgroupIIusingrollingneedle,
3、twogroupsoftreatmenttimeallforonceeverysevendays.Controlgrouphasanytreatmentmeasures,whoonlyaskseekingbeautykeepingregularlife.Threegroupsareforevery28days1treatment,compareandanalysisafterthetreatmentofthreecourses.Results:Through3coursesoftreatment,thetreatmentgroupI(rollingn
4、eedlecombinedWithBeifujigroup)14casesmarkedlyeffective,12casesimproved,5casesofineffective,totaleffectiveratewas83.87%;TreatmentgroupII(rollingneedlegroup)5casesmarkedlyeffective,18casesimproved,7casesofineffective,totaleffectiveratewas76.67%;Thecontrolgroup(blankcontrolgroup)a
5、llpatientswereinvalid.Therewerenotclinicalcurecasesinthreegroups.Comparedthreegroupsofthetotaleffective,Thedifferencewassignificant(P<0.01).ComparedtreatmentgroupIwithtreatmentgroupIIofthetotaleffectiverate,thereweredifferences(P<0.05).Thereare13effect-actingcasesinthefirsttrea
6、tmentperiodsintreatmentgroupI,thereare5effect-actingcasesinthefirsttreatmentperiodsintreatmentgroupII,thereweredifferences(P<0.05).Conclusion:rollingneedlecombinedWithBeifujiandrollingneedletoyoungcrowdcrow'sfeetarestitcheshasgoodclinicalcurativeeffect,theformerslightlybetterth
