1、薄壁筒型零件的工艺研究摘要:薄壁类零件刚度差、极易变形,并且在加工完成后短期或后期使用过程中,也会由于受到工件残余应力的影响从而导致二次变形,如何控制加工变形,成为了机械加工行业一个棘手的问题。在目前的国内外研究中,薄壁筒型零件通常在刚加工完之后是符合精度要求的,但在过一段吋间后,工件会由于自然变形过人从而导致失效。通过对人量资料以及工厂加工过程中实际遇到的问题的总结分析,对薄壁筒型零件的结构特点和加工变形各种影响因素进行深入的探究发现,工件的结构与材料,装夹工艺、切削热、切削力等都是导致薄壁筒型零件变形的因素。针对各种影响因索总结相应的控制方法。分析多种
