1、河北理工大学轻工学院COLLEGEOFLIGHTINDUSTRY,HEBEIPOLYTECHNICUNIVERSITY毕业论文论文题目:叶蜡石尾矿的除铁增白研究学生姓名:学号:专业班级:学部:材料化工部指导教师:摘要叶蜡石是一种含水的铝硅酸盐,属于层状硅酸盐矿物,具有良好的机械加工性,热辐射性,耐高温性以及化学稳定性。可用作耐火材料、陶瓷原料、工艺品和装饰材料、金刚石制造业的高温传压介质、作玻璃纤维、作填料、农药杀虫剂的载体等。但由于叶蜡石原矿中含有一定的杂质元素,以有机质、含铁矿物为主,严重影响了叶蜡石的纯度与白度,制约了叶蜡石的应用。开发合适的叶蜡石粉体增白技术,并开发出一系列叶蜡石深
2、加工产品,是提升行业技术水平,将资源优势转化为经济优势的必由之路。本课题研究叶蜡石粉体氯化锻烧增白。由于直接锻烧效果并不理想,在10009下锻烧2h,只能将白度为71%的叶蜡石原矿粉提高到82%左右。然而氯化锻烧具有明显的增白效果,而且降低了锻烧温度。在叶蜡石原矿中添加0.9%的氯化镀,在900°C锻烧2h,可以将叶蜡石的白度由最初的71.4%提高至90.4%o利用此氯化锻烧方法,可显著提高原尾矿的白度,得到较高品质的叶蜡石产品。关键词:叶蜡石,白度,氯化锻烧,除铁AbstractPyrophylliteisahydratedaluminumsilicate,islayeredsilica
