1、降載下冷卻水塔之省電節水分析林聰明I許家榮2國立成功大學機械系研究生I國立台南海事教務主任彳嘉南農田水利會保養站站長摘要使用冷卻水塔來作冰水主機的散熱,比起氣冷散熱者有更好的效率,所以冷卻水塔被廣泛地使用於辦公大樓及各式產業的冷凍空調系統中。然而利用冷卻水塔散熱也必須付出額外的代價,除了水塔本身的設備及維修費,也必須耗用大量的冷卻水。基於省電的考量,目前的冰水主機都已隨負載改變壓縮機轉速,但絕大多數冷卻水塔之風扇仍然為固定轉速,水塔之灑水量也維持固定而不隨負載而有所改變,無形中浪費不少可資的電能及水資源。本文以一通
2、用直立式3噸冷卻水塔,改裝成可變風量及水量的冷卻水塔,實際地連續測試一個月,以記錄在半載的散熱下,控制固定進水溫度所需對應的之電量與水量,結果顯示改變風量(改變風扇轉速)比改變灑水量可以更有效地省電及省水,在半載的有效散熱下,改變fill量可以達到節省77%之電量及40%之水量。AbstractManycommercialbuildingshavecoolingtowerstorejecttheheatfromtheirrefrigerationsystem.ltisknowntorejecttheheatbyus
