2、不同方而存在的问题。通过鸿得利公司某机体生产线的分析活动，从生产过程、价值流动和看板拉动等几方而对英现场生产过程进行系统的分析和改善，消除了大量浪费和不增值活动,将该机体生产线生产闲置率从19.52%降低至4.2%,捉高了生产线的生产效率，进一步验证了精益生产方式对该企业的适宜性。最后结合精益生产的理论知识，捉出了鸿得利公司在初期导入精益生产时应主要针对的几个方而和具体应釆取的措施。关键词：精益生；产精益思想；价值流；消除浪费ABSTRACTLeanproductionisoriginatedinToyotaMotorCorpor
