2、理软件，是一•套有线电视管理部门对业务管理、收费管理、期间查询等进行全而管理的系统。本系统采用微软的WindowsXP为开发平台，MySQLServer为后台数据库，JSP为开发工貝，从技术和设计实现两个方面论述了系统的设计和开发过程。在技术上，深入探讨了有线电视收费管理系统的工作原理，分析了收费管理小的总业务流程。在设计实现上，将系统划分为四大模块，用户管理模块、收费管理模块、查询统计模块、系统管理模块來实现其功能。本论文完全按照软件工程的思想进行设计开发的。论文大体分为六章，分别是系统概述、系
