4、encespecificationAPT5CTAPT5LAPI5DPDCM-SU-5272-APPI-SU-1051-E3检测标准TestspecificationASTME709ISO10893-54修磨及检验过程Grindingandinspectionprocess4.1在修濟台架处准备好许J桝机、超声波测厚仪、磁轨式磁粉探伤机等:Preparethegrinder,ultrasonicthicknesstester,yoke-typemagneticparticleinspectionmachineinthegrindingra
5、ck.4.2根据探伤不合格报告或探伤缺陷的标记找到待修磨处;FindthegrindingpositionaccordingtothefailurereportsorthemarkingofNDTdefect4.3用角磨机磨削待修磨处,找出缺陷;Grindingthepipewithgrindingmachinetolocatedefects4.4对缺陷处进行修磨,修磨时角磨片与钢管的夹角不超过15°,以保证修磨区域闘滑过度,倾度大于4:1Onthedefectofgrinding,grindingandgrindinganglecor
