4、cellsbuttheyarelessefficient•Ribbonsiliconisformedbydrawingflatthinfilmsfrommoltensiliconandtheyhaveamulti-crystallinestructure.Thesecellshavelowerefficienciesthanpoly-Si,butsaveonproductioncostsduetoagreatreductioninsiliconwastebecausethisapproachdoesnotrequiresawingfromingots.•NewStructures:
