1、解毒益肾法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床探究摘要:目的:观察中药解毒益肾丸对膝骨性关节炎的疗效及作用机理。方法:自拟活血解毒、补益肝肾的解毒益肾丸与维骨力比较。将辨证为肝肾亏虚、瘀毒痹阻型膝骨性关节炎患者随机分两组治疗，观察组56例，口服解毒益肾丸,对照组58例，口服维骨力胶囊,8周为1个疗程，采用国际通用的WOMAC问卷评估、中医证候量化评价等指标客观评价解毒益肾丸临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后能明显降低WOMAC指数、中医症状积分，但与对照组相比无显著性差异。对中医证侯的改善情况观察组与对照组相比有显著性差异。结论:解毒益肾丸和维骨力胶囊均能有效改善膝关节骨关节炎症状,两药疗效相
