1、临安市节能照明产业发展战略及对策研究毕业论文（20__届）临安市节能照明产业发展战略及对策研究临安市节能照明产业发展战略及对策研究摘要浙江省是我国东部沿海的经济发达地区，伴随改革开放30多年经济的持续、高速发展，也面临能源短缺和环境污染的重大挑战。当前，人类已认识到能源和环境问题已对自生可持续发展构成的巨大威胁。因此，以节能环保为主要特征的低碳经济和低碳产业发展浪潮已在全球范围兴起。浙江省临安市节能照明产业的兴起正是顺应这种发展趋势。然而，从产业发展视角考察，临安市节能照明产业在其发展的过程中仍存在诸多问题。因此，如何解决这些问题，加快节
2、能照明产业发展已成为临安市经济发展中的一个重要的现实问题。本文从战略管理视角，通过深入调研，应用SWOT理论，全面分析临安市节能照明产业发展有利的机会和优势，不利的威胁和弱点，提出节能照明产业发展的战略目标和战略对策，如制定产业发展规划、优化和拓展产业链、积极培育知名品牌、加强技术创新研发、强化重点项目建设、发挥行业协会作用等，为该市照明产业及其他新兴产业进行战略管理决策提供参考和借鉴。关键词：节能照明产业；SWOT分析；战略对策；临安市临安市节能照明产业发展战略及对策研究AbstractZhejiangprovinceisChina's
