1、毕业设计说明书题目:综采工作面设备选型学生姓名:lihaoran学号:0929323127专业:综合机械化采煤班级:指导教师:摘要本设计主要研究了综采工作面采煤机、液压支架、刮板输送机以及乳化液泵站的选型设计。综合机械化采煤是指完成落煤、装煤、运煤以及顶板支护等i系列机械化的总称。本设计屮所研究的煤层为采高2.9米的屮厚煤层,是较为常见的,所以选型较为容易,采煤机型号的选择主要根据煤层硬度、厚度、倾角等因素来选取,选型后还要计算采煤机的主要参数,采高、截深、生产力、牵引速度、牵引力、截割速度、装机功率。本设计中选用了MG400/930WD采煤机,本采煤
2、机在我国使用较为普遍。在运输方面本设计选用了跟MG400/930WD配套的SGZ880/800型输送机,并对输送机的输送能力以及刮板链的强度进行了验算。在顶板支护屮根据顶板的稳定性选用了支撑掩护式支架,架型需要根据采高、工作阻力等来确定,本设计小选用了ZZ4000/17/35型,也是使用较为普遍的一种架型,还对支护强度进行了验算,确定了工作面所需支架的总数量。本设计还对乳化液泵站进行了具体的设计计算,根拯所选液压支架的主要技术参数计算了泵站的压力,并对乳化液泵站各设备进行了选型。最后本设计述对整体进行了配套验算,并做出了三机配套图。关键词:综采工作面选
