5、.TheobjectivesofthisresearcharetoinvestigatethepatternoftheU.S.textileindustry’sproductionactivitiesunderNAFTAandtodeterminetheimpactoftheagreementontheindustry’sproductionactivities.Thisresearchconsistsoftwoparts.PartIisaqualitativeanalysisthatinvestigateschangesintheindustry

6、’stradeandproductionactivitiesunderNAFTAbasedonthereviewofliteratureandtradeandindustrydata.PartIIofthisresearch,aquantitativeanalysis,appliesanormalizedrestrictedtranslogprofitmodeltothetextileindustry’sproductionactivitiesundertheinfluenceofNAFTAinordertoidentifythepatternof
