1、AbstractRecently,thenumberofmotorvehiclesownedinChinaisincreasingrapidlyastheaccelerationofcityurbanizationandmechanization.Trafficcongestionhasbecomeacommonprobleminmetropolitancities,andperiodicqueuingphenomenoncanbefoundinsomeveryseriouscongestion
2、area,whichmeansthattheintersectionisinthestateofoversaturation.Asthetrafficdemandkeptincreasing,individualoversaturationwillspreadtosurroundingarea,evolveintooversaturatedintersectiongroup,resultinregionalcongestion・Inthiscontext,researchonregionalco
3、ntrolmethodofoversaturatedintersectiongroupisofgreatsignificancetoeasetrafficcongestion.Firstly,thisthesisovervieweddomesticandabroadachievementsondescribingoversaturationstateofintersectiongroupandoutlinedrelatedconcepts・Then,accordingtothecharacter
4、isticsoftheintersectiongroup,anodeimportancebasedmethodtodividethescaleofintersectiongroupanddeterminethecriticalpathispresented,whichprovidedtheoreticalbasisforsubsequentintersectionsignalcontroloptimizationaswell.Afterthat,thepaperputforwardamulti-
5、agentbasedmulti-layerdistributedcontrolmodelofoversaturatedintersectioncongestion,providedatheoreticalframeworkforintersectiongroupsignalcontrolmethod.Moreover,thepaperproposedacriticalpathbasedoversaturatedintersectiongroupsignalcontroloptimizationm
