5、nstitutionalreviews,countryfinancialaccountabilityassessmentsandpublicexpenditurereviewsoffersubstantialscopeforaddressingthegovernancefailuresthatpermitwidespreadcorruption,countryprocurementassessmentreportsidentifysourcesofcorruptioninprocurementandrecommendremedies,coun
