1、胡桃酿体内抗肿瘤作用研究崔兰,2,曲中原-2,邹翔-2,胡国军42,季宇彬-2(1.国家教育部抗肿瘤天然药物工程研究中心,哈尔滨150076;2.哈尔滨商业人学生命科学与环境科学研究中心,哈尔滨150076)摘要目的研究胡桃酿的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法建立S师肉瘤模型,考察胡桃覘对S顷荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率和胸腺指数、脾脏指数的影响;HE染色,观察S懸肉瘤的病理改变;建立出2川:癌腹水瘤模世,考察胡桃酿対出2荷瘤小鼠牛•命延长率的影响。结果在0.25mgkg^-d^0.5mgkg_1-d'1mgkg^d1剂量下,胡桃酿对Si8o实体瘤的抑瘤率分别为17.09%、22.12%、29.61%,尤其是
2、0.5mgkg1^1剂蜃和1.0mgkg'^d1剂罐抑瘤作用明显(P<0.01);0.5mgkg^d'^1.0mg-kg^d-1齐U屋的胡桃醍使脾脏指数降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),各剂最的胡桃服胸腺指数无明显变化(P>0.05);光镜下胡桃醞各组肿瘤组织坏死程度明显增加。在0.25mg・kg"『、0.5mg・kg"・d"、1mg・kg」・d"剂量下,胡桃醍对'H?2荷瘤小鼠的生命延长率分别为73.88%、82.09%.99.25%,与空白对照组比鮫有显著性差杲(P<0.05)。结论胡桃醍体内有明显的抗肿瘤作用,能有效抑制肿瘤生长,延长荷瘤小鼠生命。关键词胡桃醍;抗肿瘤作用;S18
