1、本科毕业设计(论文)题目:普通车床的深孔加工机床改造系(部):专业:班级:学生:学号:指导教师:机械设计制造及其自动化年05月普通车床的深孔加工机床改造摘要本文研究的主耍内容是:由于深孔加工难度高,加工工作量大,已成为机械加工的关键性工序,随着技术的发展,产品更新换代的迅速,新型高强度、高难度、难加工零件的不断出现,对深孔加工的质量、加工效率和刀具等都提出了更高的要求,由于深孔钻床的特姝性,其价格比较昂贵对于非专业化深孔加工的厂家,成木过高。在普通机床上加工深孔,由于刀具刚性差,在深孔加工中容易引偏,使孔的轴心线歪斜切屑的排出和刀具冷却也较困难而口,难以保证所要求的加工精度和表面粗糙度
2、。而采用普通车床改装为深孔加工机床,由于其成木低,制造周期短以及一床多用(深孔钻削、车削,深孔锂削和深孔玷磨)等优点,已为许多厂家所接受。本文实现的是利用普通车床对深孔进行加工,利用车床的改造对深孔完成加工。车床改装为深孔加工机床主要有机床和汕路两犬部分。机床部分主耍有中心架、授汕器和联结器三人部件;油路部分主要含进油器、回油路以及排屑箱、油箱等。安装上深孔钻削装置,即完成普通车床的深孔加工机床改造。由此改造后能对深孔加工,从而降低了生产成本。关键词:车床改造;深孔加工;DF系统;排屑装置ReconstructionofDeepHoleProcessingMachineforOrdin
