1、32sCoolMax/棉(55/45)纱的上浆性能研究摘要在祖克S432型浆纱机上对C/Coolmax45/5531.25tex纱进行高压上浆,采用“先重后轻”的浆纱工艺满足了织造生产的要求;浆料配方以内烯酸为主浆料,辅以PVA1799及变性淀粉等浆料,浆液符合“高浓低粘”要求,增加了浆纱的耐磨性,减少了毛羽再生。浆纱的目的是为了赋予经纱抵御外部复杂机械力作用的能力,捉高经纱的可织性,保证织造过程的顺利进行。除股线,单纤氏丝,加捻氏丝,变性丝,网络度较高的网络丝外,几乎所有的短纤纱和长丝均需要上浆加工。上浆就是把一定数量的浆液粘附在经纱上,经烘燥
2、后形成浆膜。上浆后的经纱,纱体周围粘附一层浆液,烘燥后形成坚韧的浆膜,使毛羽贴伏,纱线光滑而耐磨;浆液中的小部分浸入纱线的里层,使纤维间相互粘接,增大纤维间的抱合力,捉高了纱线的断裂强度。聚丙烯酸酯浆料在经纱上浆屮起着重要作用,它可形成高含固率、低粘度的浆液,适合新型的“高浓、高压、低粘”上浆工艺。通过分子构成,聚丙烯酸酯浆料可以有浆膜柔韧、粘附力高、吸湿性低等特点,此外,聚丙烯酸酯浆料在一定程度上还是绿色浆料,易生物降解。这对环境保护有一定意义,因为它可部分取代难降解的PVA浆料。本文主耍研究对上浆过后纱线性能分析,经过上浆过后纱线的性能冇所改
