2、金管理意识12（四）健全资金管理机制13七、总结15参考文献16致谢17摘要在信息高速发展的今天，创业已经成为热潮，国家也在大力支持创业。而在现阶段，许多刚开始创业的中小企业在资金管理方面还存在许多问题，如在资金管理过程中存在着融资困难、资金管理缺乏科学性、信息化水平低等问题，导致其阻碍自身发展,与市场经济不适应。然而，随着经济体制改革的深化，作为刚开始创业的屮小企业，资金管理是一个非常重要甚至关乎企业生死的重要问题，如何进行资金管理，让一个企业蓬勃向上的发展，这是非常有必要进行探究的。正因为创业初期，经常会有企业对资金的管理问题视
