1、晋城市经营性健身俱乐部健身指导员现状调查与分析摘要随着社会的不断发展，健身已经成为一种时尚，而健身指导员的水平和素质是推动健身俱斥部的重要因素，健身指导员水平的高低决定着俱乐部活动的科学、合理和健身中心的经济效益。本研究以晋城市神采健身俱乐部、方达健身会所、宝迪卡健身中心等10所经营性健身俱怎部为研究对象，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法，对晋城市经营性健身俱乐部健身指导员的年龄、性别、学历，以及所具备的综合素质等进行了调查与分析。研究结果表明「晋城市经营性健身俱乐部健身指导员队伍具有年轻
2、化，文化程度不高，部分健身指导员无国家资格等级证书，从健身指导员的收入来看属于中等水平，并且健身指导员的综合能力素质还比较欠缺有待于进一步发展。据此提出以下建议：依托体育行政部门，成立晋城山健身指导员行业协会，统一健身指导员资格认证体系，使健身指导行业走向科学化、规范化和可持续发展的轨道。健身俱乐部建立有效的劳动报酬机制，提高健身指导员的工作积极性和主动性，充分发挥应有的潜能。定期为健身指导提供一些行业内培训或国家、省、市比赛，既能提高健身指导员的专业技能的实践水平乂能提高健身俱乐部的知名度。以
