2、政府对环境保护工作的重视加强,我国环境保护工作积极展开，之后，我国开始了环境污染责任保险的试点工作。伴随着试点工作的开展，在取得初步成效的同时也暴露出了诸多问题。本文主要围绕环境污染及其责任保险制度在我国建立的原因与发展现状、国际与国内的发展情况对比、取得的成效•存在不足等方而，深入分析我国环境污染及其责任保险制度建立的必要性和可行性，同时综介多方因素对该制度的建立提出切实可行性的意见。最后，通过对国际环境污染责任保险制度实施的成功经验总结，捉出对我国该制度建立的规范和对策，希望能为促进社会长足进步出一份薄力。关键词：环境污染/环
