1、--毕业论文(2010届)浙江省个人住房消费信贷业务发展对策研究摘要近几年来,以住宅为主的房地产业成为浙江经济的先导产业之一,加快住宅建设、启动住宅消费,成为浙江省新的消费热点和经济增长点。个人住房消费信贷的发展能有效增加城市住房消费需求,促进区域经济的发展。本文主要研究了浙江省个人住房消费信贷业务的发展现状,研究表明,近几年浙江个人住房消费信贷业务规模不断扩大,品种日益丰富,成为金融机构利润的新增长点。但是,其发展也存在很多问题,包括外部政策法律环境不够完善,个人征信体系建设相对落后,金融机构的风险管理和内控机制薄弱,消费者信用消费意识不够理性等,
2、直接阻碍其未来的健康发展。因此本文提出,从外部环境方面,要完善相关法律法规建设,加强区域政府的监督、市场监控与引导,完善个人信用制度,进一步健全和完善浙江住房二级市场;从金融机构方面,应加快发展住房信贷业务主体多元化,住房信贷产品多样化,完善金融机构的服务质量和风险管理机制;从消费者方面,则要转变消费观念,形成健康、合理的住房消费心理,提升自身的理财能力和信用意识。关键词:个人住房消费信贷业务;住房消费需求;风险管理;个人信用制度AbstractInrecentyears,mainlyresidentialrealestatetobecomeoneo
