1、--毕业论文（2010届）影响财产保险需求因素的实证分析II摘要我国保险业自1980年恢复办理业务以来已经取得了很大的进步，但相比银行业和证券业，明显存在规模小、地位低、竞争不充分、市场不成熟等缺陷。而财产保险业作为保险市场的重要组成部分，也没有得到均衡发展。很多学者都对保险进行了研究，但大都侧重于人身保险领域，较少涉及财产保险领域。国内对于影响财产保险需求的因素的研究，也主要集中在定性分析，缺少实证研究。因此，对财产保险进行实证研究，寻找影响财产保险需求的重要因素，以及分析它们的相关程度，对于财产保险市场的发展有着重要意义。
2、本文以宁波市为研究对象，首先介绍相关概念及理论，然后通过分析影响财产保险需求的因素，对近15年的财产保险及其相关数据进行实证研究，从而了解各因素对财产保险的相关程度和经济意义。研究表明，经济发展水平是影响宁波市财产保险需求的最重要因素，本文在此基础上提出了一些对宁波市财产保险市场发展有效的建议与措施。关键词：财产保险；需求；实证分析IIAbstractChina'sinsuranceindustryhasmadegreatprogresssincetheresumptionofoperatingbusinessin1980,b

5、tpropertyinsurancecanhelptofindtheinfluencefactorsofpropertyinsurancedemand,andanalyzetheirrelevance,whichhasgreatsignificanceforthedevelopmentofthepropertyinsurancemarket.ThispapertakesNingboastheresearchobject.Itfirstlyintroducestherelatedconceptsandtheories,andth
