1、--毕业论文（20__届）浙江万里学院商学院××××××××××××我国上市的城市商业银行中间业务的发展研究II摘要20世纪80年代后，以中间业务产品创新作为代表的金融业务创新活动特别突出，它改变了现代商业银行的业务结构，使中间业务成为与传统资产、负债业务并重的第三大支柱业务。随着金融全球化、经济一体化的发展，尤其是国际资本市场的发展，银行业中间业务已成为国际银行业重要的发展战略，大力发展中间业务已经成为现代商业银行经营的主要方向。本文从城市商业银行的定义和特征出发，总结了我国上市城市商业银行发展的背景，现状以及中间业务的发展趋势和存在的问题，重点分析了北京银行，宁波银行，南京

2、银行2008-2010年近三年的中间业务数据，得出了目前上市城市商业银行中间业务发展普遍存在的一些问题，并从规模现状，品种现状，收入现状，管理现状，同业现状5个角度深入分析了中间业务发展存在的问题，并提出了一些针对性的解决策略和具体措施。关键词：城市商业银行；中间业务；策略28AbstractAfter80yearsofthe20thcenturytothemiddleofthebusinessofproductinnovationfortheinnovationactivitiesonbehalfofthefinancialservicesespecially,itchang
